If you are a self proclaimed Facebook addict as many people claim, perhaps you have come across a Facebook page called LG Status Of The Day.

LG is an abbreviation for little girl and on this page people copy and paste someone else's status. These statuses are thought to be something a little girl would say but in a derogatory sense.

A Springs-area teenager contacted KKTV 11 news to share his frustration about the page he believes could lead some to commit suicide.

In fact, he has been in touch with a young woman whose status updates were copied and pasted on the site and is having a hard time dealing with it.

Sam knows all too well what it's like to be bullied. He says whether the bullying is cyber-based or in-person the aftermath can have devastating consequences.

The people who do like the page say it is all in good fun and not meant to be hurtful.

The creator does have a disclaimer that says it is for amusement and if you don't like it, it is suggested you don't like the page.

Sam tells us that's not enough and that the public should stand against this type of behavior.

Behavior he believes is consistent with cyberbullying.
