I have friends who break through on DMT regularly and have very very weak hearts. i havent ever heard of a seizure on tryptamines. but i have heard of it happening with the nbome phenethylamines. not mescaline or 2cb though.

Seizures do occur with tryptamines and shrooms in people who have tendencies for epilepsy. You'll find some trip reports about this all over the web. All researched tryptamines have known LD50s. For 5-MeO-DMT in mice it is around 115 mg/kg, now deadly doses in these amounts would be impossible to inhale, but an overly big hit for a first timer with the tendency for seizures this could be deadly due to organ failure (eg heart attack) or due to the fact that the tripper might hit his/her head.
