My first attempt playing with AutoDesk's "Photofly" 3D imaging program. It's pretty cool!

I didn't take enough photos in the back of the actual object, so I removed the funkiness from the model as well. This animation shows primarily the portions that worked.

I exported a DWG file but oddly enough it errored out when I tried to open it in AutoDesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Not sure what happened there yet, but I'll sort it eventually.

It's pretty cool though! The age of effective and inexpensive 3D scanning (and subsequent printing too) is upon us! Bits = Atoms = Bits
