Use data validation to create a drop down list whose values are defined by a what is selected in another drop down list.

You can name lists by clicking on the column letter and name it in the namebox on the left.
This way you don't have to select cells to define lists, all cells that contain data in that specific column will be in you dropdown menu
In data validation > lists > source, press the F3 key and all the named lists will show up.

Is there any way, we can populate locations under Location with names having spaces in them..i.e United States?
