What you are hearing is an audible rate of climb indicator. The faster it beeps the the faster the plane is climbing. If you look at the altimeter which is the big gauge at the center bottom of the instrument cluster you see that at the start of the video he's at about 4250 feet. The last clear shot of the altimeter showed about 5,820 feet. The rate of climb indicator is the gauge on the right it numerically indicates the rate of climb
