Wuxi is often called the "Pearl of Lake Taihu," and the best place to see the beauty of the lake is from the Turtle Head Islet park and its nearby islands. The name of the Park literally means "the Head of the Dragon-Turtle", since it's shape stretches into the lake having the appearance of a celestial turtle raising its head to look afar.
