We're very fortunate to share with you a quick interview with Jerry Yang, the 2007 World Series of Poker (WSOP) champ and when his book is coming out. Also, a closer look at why the book is more than just poker, but his life story from "Refugee Camp to Poker Champ".

After becoming WSOP champ, Jerry has donated over $800,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Feed The Children, and the Ronald McDonald House. He has also raised another $700,000 through his charity poker events the following year.

  • I was really impressed. I'd love to read the book. Please excuse my mistake. I wish him good luck and peace.

  • @keeperoftherealm - Thank you for your understanding, keeperoftherealm ^^. Have a nice day..

  • Hey, you didn't found Yahoo!

  • @keeperoftherealm - This is Jerry Yang, the Poker Champ, not the founder of Yahoo ^^ even though their names sound the same. Thanks for watching though.

  • Wow, it must be so exciting to meet and interview Jerry Yang :) He is like the "Hmong Poker King." I read an article about him once in the Card Player magazine...I'm glad he is sharing his fortune with those who need it ^-^

  • @4everhlubkoj - Yeah, he has made many donations to charity and one of them is "Feed the Children", which also helped us back when we were in the refugee camps in Thailand.
