Are Dentures Glamorous?

I have never suggested that everyone needs to run out and get dentures. This is an important decision that needs the be thoroughly thought over.

I didn't have "Denturesanewsmile". for support. I had to deal with it on my own. Don't worry about what others say, Darling. I recall, a week after I got mine, I was sitting on my motorcycle at a red light. I had a gagging moment. the uppers and lowers flew 1/2 way out of my mouth. I looked over at the car next to me with they hanging out of my mouth. The look on their face was priceless. I shoved them back in and gave them the "James Bond" look and drove off. lol Bryan

I SO appreciate everyone's responses! I know no one else really assumed that because most of us are, or were, in the same boat. This just emphasizes the fact that a lot of dentists truly don't understand the complex situations everyday people go through when it comes to dental issues..... Wow! How do you do it? I used to take 2, maybe 3 classes per semester and even then, I'd repeatedly get put on academic probation.

You look absolutely beautiful and don't have to explain anyhing to anyone, dentist or otherwise! Dentists are in the business of making money, so of course they are going to push implants! The reality is that the majority of us can't afford implants and have to resolve the problem somehow!! I am 40 years old and about to go through the same thing. Watching your videos have really helped me to feel confident that I am doing the right thing. At the end of the day we all have to do what's best

Hi everyone first i wanna say great videos, very informative and reassuring , plus kalinjax you look absolutely fantastic and give me hope. I was wondering if anyone had any advice, last week i went to dentist and basically they said i had 7 missing teeth (most at the back) and receding jaw at the top and bottom 2 front teeth, they suggested pull the lot and use 8 implants and locators. I will get a 2nd opinion but would this seem the most probable solution. Anyway great vids.

It figures a dentist would target someone who's honest about dentures would say yer glamorizing dentures...lol...that's their mindset...instead of being concerned about you and your situation they are worried about their money...they have NO IDEA what it's like not to have the money to get premium dental treatment their whole life...they make so much money they don't really live in the same 'world' as middle or lower class peeps do...great vid! ty

Hi I had all my teeth pulled 13 days ago I now have immedeates I was wondering how long before I can eat again and I don't mean soup but maybe pizza or chicken I just recently started talking better that was horrible anyways I love all your videos maybe you can help me out bye xoxo
