I was wondering the same thing.I know a guy who has Asperger,he is very sensitive and sometimes quite agressive, but then again he's very very good at mathematics.And he also remembers small things.But since they've based Linda's character on a woman, with who Sigourney lived for a couple of days, it's and extract of her life mixed up with other facts of autism.

I love that this movie conveys the message by little things. Like the posture of her fingers when they film her fist closely.
