the deen has been perfected, but allah did not forbid us from good,

just tell me one thing in the maulid is against shariah.

and if u ask me for a hadith i dont have a hadith prove maulid right.

so like wise,

show me a hadith which allows toilets in your home,

show me a hadith that allows us to buy a car on a bank loan

show me a hadith that allows us to buy a house on bank loan,

show me a hadith that allows us a muslim to be without an amir mukmineen.

alhamdullilah you have agreed to me that none of the things in the maulid is wrong,

than lets not call it a maulid than, lets call it a gathering than, of people who wants to remember rasullah(saw), his stories, give him salawat. a gathering of people who wants to read quran together, just like solah, is a congregation of peoples solah better than 1 man solah. of coz more people. so like wise. reading the quran with a congregation is not haram, so is giving selawat not.
