This is the third installment in the Implementing Project Portfolio Excellence series. This video puts forth the idea that there are some things that simply cannot be accomplished and the importance of recognizing this. Many projects which could otherwise have been successful end up failing because goals were set beyond the capabilities of the team and not properly adjusted as the reality of the situation became clear.
