Wow she just has bad technique when it comes to her jumps. I've never seen anyone kick out there leg like she does when she jumps. She always has had problems with her jumps and also her speed across the ice.

She really needs to work on her wild leg on her flips and flutz cause that will be a very bad problem for her this season and so far, her flip is getting a lot better but ger lutz are still wild and inside edged if she gets her technique is fixed then maybe she might jave a chance to go to the 2014 Olympics !!!

She srsly needs 2 correct her jumps!She needs 2 get more distance, height&speed into them.Nxtly,sometimes when she does her jumpcombos she loses her speed @the 3rd jump.Also,her skating is a bit sloppy.I think it would b better if she changed her coach.All her skating problems wouldnt even be there if not d bad teaching of a coach.I luv her on d ice but she has a lot of things 2 improve&2 work on.Its ok,shes still young so she still has a lot of time 2 fix her bad techniques b4 she retires.

I seriously dont know how she can land ANY triples with that technique...

Everybody talks about her jumping technique. To me, her skating itself seems more of the problem; very sloppy and unstable. She has great flexibility: She would sell spirals better if she had the deep solid edge. Her spins are good, but I wish she would creat more excitement through them, like Nathalie Krieg did. Perhaps, CZ needs to change her coach who did not help Lu Chen to transit from a child to an adult well. KEBokeh suggested Carroll or Nicks, but how about Yuka Sato?

she had the same jump technique in 08 and 09 but scott kept lavishing praises on here and how wonderful her jumps were ....
