Why is it, that the predators and aliens can kill me with a heavy attack when they are like 5/6 meters away ??? And im sick of people using the aliens tail whip attack to kill me in 2 hits. I dont know how to do it :/

@Hammer1995able First of all.. your responding to old comments, so forgive me for not being sure exactly what you're responding to. Predators rely on their technology and weapons, no different then the Xenomorphs relying on their advantages. What is your point? Citing AVP as a reference for any argument is shaky. Xenomorphs as far as source material is concerned have always been depicted as physically superior. Predators make up this difference with their technology and learned skills.

@fluke01 the Predators melee attacks are imperiously superior to the Aliens, if you analyse it the Alien's Heavy attack is a tail-slamming that does a lot but it required long-range distance, while their Focus attacks don't inflict much, but the Predator i've seen kill Marines within two-three punches.

what the Alien DOES have in large supply over the Predator is unmatched speed and agility.

@ktzeroii there's your evidence then, in interactions between the two races in Dark Horse comics or AVP films the Predator triumphs, i know it looks vulnerable because it relies on its weapons and technology but it forged them from raw intelligence, i mean it has flawed thermal vision and it even fixed THAT!

and aliens are hardly physically stronger and better in melee, they rely on their additional mouth and bladed tail while the Predator is a skilled warrior, and the predator is stronger.

@Hogulous yeah but even if you try to sneak up on the Predator it doesn't work, the humanoid's got some awesome physical senses and awareness, and minute it scents a nearby Alien it leaps to safe range and begins shooting lumps of shit out of you with its laser rifle.

@mikcatz not really....the Alien franchise has been popular, but Aliens versus Predator sucks because the Predator's stealthy style makes it too slow and quiet and dead.

@16andLife not really, they're very physically resilient, don't you see in the comics, films and this game how they're almost immune to damage at times? and before they find their weapons? in the game they could maul Aliens with their fists and jumping ability, i think the weaponry is simply to highlight that Alien represents nature and Predator represents technology...what do u think?

@kadtyt predators are based on technology, that's why they have a wider range of options, and a good Alien can kill a Predator? yes definitely, but not an Elite Predator who is experienced and you know it. An Elite Predator could kill through a massive horde of aliens.

Aliens are faster and have acidic blood and a blade-speared tail, predators have incredible strength, heat vision, intelligence and an army-sized technology to go with it, plus they can jump incredibly far and high.
