1964 Chevrolet 409 Big Block V8 400hp engine in a circa 1950 Cockshutt tractor. This tractor was built in 1971. It was used to pull an 8-row John Deere corn planter and occasionally to sled pull and parade on the weekends. This tractor and/or motor is for sale on Craigslist, Fort Wayne Indiana.

  • @suzuki4life7 WHAT A DAMN SAME,TO USE AN ENGINE LIKE THAT.IM NOT GONNA SLEEP GOOD TONITE KNOWING THIS NOW.SOMEBODY TOLD ME ONCE THAT THEY SEEN A 409 IN A CORN BINDER,SHIIIIIIIT!!!!

  • @suzuki4life7 Yeah but they do make good tractor engines with good low end torque and nice powerband they work great for pulling a sled behind it. You could say the same thing about the Ford flathead they used those for a long time because at the time they were the only engine available with alot of low end torque thus making them good for the job.

  • this is so fukin gay!!! these engines r not ment to be put in tractors
