I work at a cinema, and whenever I get bored I like to subtly offend the customers like this. It's great.

I used to work at Guitar Center, the McDonald's of the music industry...if it even fits those high standards.
The store manager, Bruce, used to try to get us sales employees to in his words "bro down" with the customers so we could try to convince them to buy more shit and up the sales quotas.
Apparently Bruce was a legendary salesman in the GC world. Ah, the good old days of slimeball corporatism, I don't miss them.
