mirko earned a lot of respect. he's a great warrior.

Few things Mirko needs to change in his game:

1. Use his footwork - Back in PRIDE days he could avoid strikes like in a Kungfu movie. He had great movement and timing.

2. Lose some weight - Crocop was able to beat opponents heavier than he was because of his agility and takedown defence. The extra pounds he gained in UFC only slow him down.

3. Combine kicks in combos - Mirko has deadly hands and lethal combinations, or had it. He's been throwing alot of singles lately.

@ld871111 Remember that he's aging. He can't take the hits he used to be able to, he can't compete with younger fighters, and it seems he's lost the will to fight aggressively. Classic Cro Cop would have destroyed Frank Mir, Cheick Kongo, Brendan Schaub, and Dos Santos. I sure hope his last fight (against Roy Nelson) he goes out with a win. I HATE seeing him get KOd.
