A DRILL TO HELP DEVELOP THE "THROWING MUSCLES" AND TECHNIQUE. 1 OR 2 MINUTE INTERVALS ARE PLENTY.MIXED WITH OTHER DRILLS MAKES FOR A CONVINIENT WORKOUT ALONE.
this is good...I just put some arms on my heavy bag with thick encased wire, armorflex(pipe insularion) and guirilla ducktape, works great for the ground. and also provides realistic punching lanes whe hung, alot of people dont relize that they acctualy would be hitting an elbow or a hand, ect...rather than the ribs or face ect.., nice vid
hey, nice idea, I sure am gonna test this but I have one question, what material is your bag of? I have one out of leatherette and I don't want to it go puff u know so is it ok to test it with leatherette?
Hi, I am not sure how durable the leatherette is. I'm sure its made to take a beating. haha. Mine is some kind of vynl. I was throwing mine on my mats so you might just try it on a surface that is soft or at least a surface that is smooth. thanks
Hi, I think it's 70. It does seem kind of bulky at first but I try to get my hips under the bags center of gravity and then use my legs to do most of the lifting and my arm to help direct it. If the bag was about 6 feet tall it might be easier.

How heavy is your bag? I have a 70 or 80 pound Everlast, which seems a trifle heavy. Just curious what you're using. Thanks!
