Monkey Show in Mito lake park. May look kind of cruel - the monkeys were being treated great between shows (from what I saw).

@mrbernard100 I'm no expert on this issue, but how would you know specifically the conditions this monkey has. You mention Japan being one of the "more advanced countries", but animal trick shows exist throughout the entire world with different living conditions. Dog shows, dolphin and whale shows, and bird shows exist all throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. So Why is this any different if the animal is actually given good living conditions.

This is a disgrace to Japan!! I really thought it was one of the more advanced Asia countries! Abuse and humiliation to animals like this is not acceptable. My video response was filmed in Thailand,but the conditions these "performing animals" are kept in is much the same everywhere.

I wonder what would happen if she took the creature off the lead? Would be so willing to please then? I get so sick when I see things like this. The animal does not have any other option here.

Sorry, but I fail to see the humor in this. Animals are not ours to use for entertainment, especially our fellow primates like the one being exploited for this sad, pathetic act. I hope you didn't give her any money to suppport this kind of abuse.
