whiskalicious episode 3 - breakfast!

HELLO HELLO, we are back again with our 3rd episode- BREAKFAST! We will teach you how to cook the mexican waffle breakfast featured on Top Chef and also our very own recipe for STUFFED FRENCH TOAST! Mmmm, breakfast is sooo good. Thanks for watching, leave your comments and suggestions for us!


INGREDIENTS FOR THE WAFFLE BREAKFAST:
for each individual serving you will need:
1 frozen waffle
1 slice of ham or 2 pieces of bacon
1 heaping tablespoon of refried beans
a dash of olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 slice of your favorite cheeeeese
1 fried egg




FOR THE STUFFED FRENCH TOAST YOU WILL NEEEEED
(makes about 4 hefty french toast slices)
8 oz of cream cheese
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp of maple syrup or honey
1 tsp of vanilla
dash of cinnamon
dash of salt
your favorite fruits or nuts
3 eggs
a splash of milk
a splash of vanilla
8 slices of white bread (OR if you're lucky- 4 giant slices of brioche bread)
