Wow! I love everything about this video. The conductor, orchestra & the singers all sound inspired. The outstanding camera work makes it a visual treat as well. But who wouldn't be inspired with the heavenly music of Mozart heard in the Dresden Frauenkirche during the Advent Season? Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful!!

en esta aria Mozart tuvo que haber sido movido por un gran sentimiento de devoción.

Breathtaking singing. This is one of my all-time favorite pieces and performances. Whenever my soul is weary, I return to this performance. It never fails to provide solace and wonder. The singing, the music, the setting all represent the best of the human spirit. The slight crescendo and bloom on Harteros's "amen" at the end is stunningly perfect. Much obliged to he who posted this to youtube. :D
