If you talk about REAL FCI-chihuahuas, there are no such thing as "deer-head". So-called deer-heads are not typical for the breed. A good, typical chihuahua has to have a nice, round head and big, dark eyes. "Deer-heads" have too narrow head and too long nose part. I hate when people (Americans?) call those dogs chihuahuas. They really look like dwarf pinchers or mix-breeds to me...
