1985 M1010 CUCV in the snow Fort Worth Texas 24 12 2009

Driving my 1985 GM M1010 CUCV Ambulance in the snow storm in Forth Worth Texas on 12-24-2009. I went as far north as Texas Motor Speedway just south of Northlake, TX. I was just testing the 4WD and did not venture any farther north were they got allot more snow. I was not able to install the winch as it would not fit do to metal in the way. I have a Chicago 8000lb winch and I am sure the one the city had was a Westin winch. So I have to figure out how to cut away about 1/4-1/2inch of metal down that is a 1/4inch thick metal It was getting dark and wanted to get home before 10pm.
