I thought that too. Then I bought it and gave the game a chance. It's deep and has a steep learning curve but boy... It IS worth it.

They made it seem like an action game on Steam. Deceptive, but that's why gameplay videos, like this one, are helpful when deciding what to buy.

THIS GAME IS BASED OFF OF A BOARD GAME!!! It's meant to play like this, like a board game would. Sorry if your attention span isn't capable of playing a strategy game. But don't rip on it just because you were too moronic to look it up before you bought/got-hyped-up for it. Literally if you type in Blood Bowl on Google, the first thing you get is Strategy game, Board game, Tactical game. Fucking morons...

This game is freaking fun! It's a great mix of table-top gaming and Blitz football! I snagged this game in the winter sell for like $8, and I wouldn't have been disappointed if I had payed twice that.
