i think u r the edge

@galiddnomyar Playing a herdim (blue) plectrum upside down gives you that Chimey sound. Fresh strings also helps.

hi what are your settings for the dd20 while playing streets?
-
@kostasssism in all reality thats not a whole lot of gear. My rig is what i consider small and its about the same size.
-
Hey Jesus.
-
@Jooiie Spend the little bit extra and just get the full on nova delay. I LOVE mine. Favorite pedal on my board. Thinking about another one too.
-
Will you do a lesson on how to play the entire song please. your the only person I've heard do it right besides the Edge
-
@01325572358 Don't you see the amp behind him that says VOX on it? pretty sure the U2 guy is using a VOX
-
Do you think it'd be worth to sell my Boss SD-1, DS-1 and the BCB-30 to get some cash for the TC Nova Delay?
-
nice shoot out!!
I personally like TC2209 and Timefactor in your shootout.
Timefactor surprisingly has very very close quality to the TC2209 and much cheaper.
I was going to buy iB modified Nova Delay but now I guess I am gonna get Timefactor instead, really impressed.
If the Boss not that thin sounding, would be a great device too , it has the great dynamic just sound too thin.

ah got me a carbon copy- mxr, does the job pretty damn fine!

@diegofr90 edge uses it? mmm dont think so....he was seen using it once..thats all...but his famous dotted eight delay surley doesn´t comes from dl4...
Man do you really carry all this set up on live gigs? PAIN!!

@kostasssism Yeah but you get a great workout carrying it to gigs :)) Actually this is no longer my live rig. It's smaller now :)

The thing is... why don't you even consider the DL4?! I'm about to purchase my first "expensive" delay. For a vintage delay, u2ish kind of sound, it's the boss dd20 better option? Or should i get the dl4 since the edge uses it?

@diegofr90 The DL4 doesn't have an ms or BPM read out, nor does it have pre-set numbers. Not very practical IMHO especially for Live use...
