Is The White House Too White?

I think that looking at people directly based off of race is the problem in the first place. Liberals think it's as easy as looking at the statistics and saying "Oh there must be a problem" so what happens is we end up hiring one race of another to compensate as a way to fight against racism, when in reality it's racist to do that in the first place. You cant fight racism with racism, the problem is we need to start looking at everybody as a HUMAN, that's how to solve racism.

Firstly I'm not criticizing "people" I'm criticizing the system. You cannot fight racism with racism, and by pointing out race and gender and categorizing people into set groups then bitching because it doesn't fit your view on what is equal is contributing to the problem. The person who is best suited for the job should get the job, everybody deserves an equal chance for that job. The sooner we stop categorizing people the sooner discrimination will become a thing of the past.
