Go into the studio with glass artist Andy Paiko and composer Ethan Rose as they work to create Transference, a kinetic-sound installation reinterpreting the glass armonica. The exhibition is on view at the Museum of Contemporary Craft, Portland, Oregon from November 19, 2009 to January 9, 2010

    Awesome. Awesomely awesome. I saw this installation in Houston last year, and now somehow ended up in youtube limbo-and there was this glass spinning wheel. A glass(!!) spinning wheel! A real, functional spinning wheel entirely of glass. turns out, same artist. coincidence? I think not.
