@BBEEAAN Read Lt Cmdr 'Sharkey' Ward's book, 'Sea Harrier Over The Falklands.' All the detail you crave can be found. Incidentally, Ward was tasked with the responsibility of evaluating the SHAR & effectively integrated it into Fleet Air Arm service. He commanded 801 Sqn during the Falklands. He was referred to in the FA as, 'Mr Sea Harrier.' The mock combat between the SHAR & F-15's was full on, no holds barred- the F-15 took a 3:1 hiding. Read Ward.

@LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH As stated prior to this, if the F-15 got modern engines and simple avionics upgrades, no modern aircraft, including your precious EFT, would stand a chance against it. Even now, with its aged engines and avionics does the EFT, Russian or Chinese "new" designs barely stand a chance against it....

@LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH Where is your articles for your supposed spanking. The F-14 ate up the F-15 as well and yet look at the combat record of the F-15. You do know when you have exercises there are parameters set for these exercises right? What were the parameters? A perfect example of people thinking the F-15 sucks is Cape India. Did the Indians win in Cape India? yes. Did they set the parameters for the exercise so the F-15 had its hands tied behind its back? Yes...

@LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH The Me262 could not turn well, it flew faster than other aircraft but, the P-51 Mustang pilots learned how to defeat the jet and were tearing it up after they figured out its weaknesses.

@LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH Yes I have read the articles and General Jumper does not bring up any of the supposed exercises against the EF. Even the RAF pilots, when discussing the EFT, dont compare it to the F-22. They compare it to the F-15, F-16, and F-18, why? Because the EFT is not even close the F-22 in ability. Once again, go read your blog that has that on there and read what people state about it, it never happened.

@LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH The Russians have tried to sell the MiG-35 to other countries and no one wants the aircraft because it is dated. Maybe if you read up on the topics you discuss you would know this. The F-15 first flew in 71' and people are finally designing something that can almost compare to it. If it is upgraded, as the report I left you says, not even your taunted EFT can compare to it. please quiet down and actually look at the data.
