facing forward, keep shoulders between 10 am and 2 pm throughout the exercise, twist in the torso, with ball in front of left foot step over the ball with right foot, and then move to right side with inside of left foot, now step over ball with left foot and move ball back to left side with inside of right foot, no extra touches of ball, keep facing forward, twist in torso
