  • @tiktybu ahhh. ok!! thanks.

  • @marinetort90 She says that she sticks them to the frame so that she can put them on when riding

  • forgot the sunglasses on the fastest transition.

  • always walk on the leftside of your bike, so you don't get the chain against your legs.

  • @gliu88 Most people have special triathlon shorts/suits that are designed to swim, bike, and run in. Many have a chamois that is smaller and flexible to prevent the "wet diaper" feeling getting out of the swim and chaffing during the run, while still offering support and comfort on the bike.

  • so he comes out of water with his bike shorts?

  • @VinceFox21

Not quite BS. Chrissie Wellington and Craig Alexander have done just fine without aero helmets. Aero helmets are good for wind tunnel tests, but the intangible is that they don't have the venting of open helmets. The Pros and Cons of each still amount to athlete preference. There's not one correct choice for helmets.

  • all this shit to gains seconds, and you dont even have a aero helmet bullshit

  • @eddyvideostar I put my socks and cycling shoes on. Then run in the shoes with my bike to the mounting line. So, my feet stay clean in the shoes. But yes- there are quicker ways to do it. My T1 is pretty slow. But, in the end, it's an extra 30 seconds in a 2 and a half hour race. Extra time to catch my breath after the swim

  • @morey000 To: Morey000. Running miles in cycling shoes? "Wet feet picking up every little stone?" Would it not be the same stones that you are transfering into your socks? Would it not be quicker to just wipe your feet and then insert them without socks into the proper running shoes?
