It actually has more of a structure than a vast amount of songs out there. I mean, the time signature is 13/8 during some parts of this song, which is extremely hard to keep going without messing up. This is the kind of music you can't grasp and understand immediately, which usually turns out to be the best music. Thats what NIN is all about.
I dont get why you would waste 3 seconds of your life commenting if you didnt like it. Micheal Jackson? seriously? I dont get how someone could listen to music of someone who touches little boys and is ashamed of his own skin color.
Not random at all, and extremely refined. Listen to the studio version of The Becoming, it's clearer to hear without all the fans screaming - the start of the song is nothing like the end, the guitars come in just when the lyrics demand them to... there's tons more structure and intricacy to discover if you listen to the songs carefully.
