The StartupDelay Controls the time delay after a system startup before Indexing Service. This tweak does not disable anything, it just removes the unnecessary wait time.
Notes from video: Navigate and expand in the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl Set\Control\ContentIndex Change the Decimal value of the Startupdelay key to 40000 and restart the PC. You should notice a bootup that takes less time. For more tips visit http://PCWizKidsTechTalk.com

It works only if you have a good CPU. How do you expect your computer to boot in 10 seconds if you have a 300 Mhz Celeron, and only by modifying some HEX value?. SHIT!
