  • The idea behind this training exercise is to challenge your balance and concentration. At a basic level, we usually practice the forward roll from a static position. This exercise lets students practice moving into the roll from a moving position.

  • I don't really understand the point of this exercise... is to train the concentration to keep the feet in the correct position?
