use dry gin not saphire, i prefer beefeater. use tonic water without high fructose corn syrup. dont put a ton of lime you really only want the zest and oil from the skin not actually lime juice. that will make the best cocktail. its a simple drink but needs quality ingredients.

Gordons gin? I just finished a bottle and I think Bombay tastes better except I can't tell the difference. Oh bother, I will stick with Tanqueray....

I do say in the video... i am using larios gin, a good Spanish gasolina ;) Bombay Sapphire. has a somewhat spicy aroma and flavour that sets it apart from other gins. But can be quite complex in it's flavours... so good choice to stick with Tanquarray
