Chimpanzees are great apes, like humans, they are not monkeys. Baboons are monkeys.

Just because you believe evolution is a myth doesn't make it so, you're only disadvantaging yourself. I could believe that the theory of gravity is a myth, but since we still know it's a proven fact, like evolution, that would just be plain stupid. Evolution is accepted by all serious scientists in the world today, even the religious ones. You simply can't ignore facts, no matter how hard you try.

I never went to college because I took over my dad's construction company and I just barely paid enough attention in HS to pass, then promptly forgot everything I learned LOL. It's a fairly lucrative business though so I'm not complaining.

It is not whatever I say, it is not up to me. I am simply telling you how these terms are used in science. If you take a university course in physics you will not learn "Gravitational Fact" you will learn "Gravitational Theory."

And you misunderstand the point. Of course facts exist. A fact is something like: when you drop a ball it falls to the ground or Chimpanzees share over 90% of DNA with humans. It is the theory that explains those facts, but a theory is not a fact in itself.

"Theory" is not the level before fact, theories do not become facts. A theory is a system that explains facts. Gravity is still "only" a theory. Molecular theory is still "only" a theory. This is because theories do not become facts, they explain facts.

You can't prove anything in science, you can only disprove.

Evolution is only a theory, but so is the Earth orbiting the sun. They are both theories that have gained a paradigm status because of the overwhelming amount of evidence for and the lack of evidence against them.
