Could you play minecraft on out on the highest settings

Upside:
-Very portable
-Can run WoW at medium settings at 30 fps.
-Actually not that loud really, when it REALLY starts to try and cool off, it's its loudest point, but not that much.
Down sides:
-Only 130gb hard drive, i suggest upgrading it.
-Freezes during World of Warcraft weekly, (Yes, you will get a freeze at least once a week about 4-6 months in.
-Hinge horrors, oh my god. Now when i open it up, it's screeches like a door because it's elevated slightly at the hinge. T_T
