@solomountaineer85 Absolutely, even when you cross a road or street always check both ways regardless...I was once almost run over by a car that came the "wrong" way. it was a noiseless car..geez! Good advice! Regards solomoun and rawD!

@solomountaineer85 lol ..."abusing his power"???What,by going through a GREEN light??..Are you kidding?At the START of the video the light was red and the collision didn't happen until 6 seconds into the clip.There was a concrete wall and some sort of tree, which would've made it impossible for the rider to see the car blowing a red light by a long LONG way.Idiot car driver should never be allowed on the road again after that,cop or no cop.U slow down on a green where i come from,u get run over.

wow...i kinda chuckled cause its a cop. but he might be a good one. unless he is abusing his power he didnt deserve this. i worry about this on my bike... i always check intersections regardless of light status! it looked like a blind int. slow down and check!
