I usually enjoy your videos and most of your advice and techniques are solid, but 5'7" @ 4,000 calories is just way too much for your height, bro. 2,500 bulking tops for your height would be sufficient IMO. I know that everyone is different, and if you need 4k, more power to you. Like I said, 4k is just going to fat and there's no way you need that much. Maybe someone that is 6'. 1800 to 2000 should be your cutting diet for that height. Much luck.

@southport97 Height has absolutely ZERO to do with your caloric intake.. It's all about your weight and your goals. At 190lbs looking to grow heavier, 4k+ is acurate.
