@legogamemaster You could blow up the balloon and tape a paper cone (like a funnel) onto the top of it. Tape a plastic bag over the paper so it doesnt stick to the paper strips when the flour and water dry out. Then layer the paper strips over the balloon/cone, following the tutorial here.
