Yeah...he's gotta go all the way down...but it's a progressive exercise.
As you find easier to do it you go down further and so on...

Hey just a little tip, when you are coming down, go all the way down but don't touch the ground, just go maybe an inch above the ground and then go up again, works a lot more and also stretches your body.

i've been doing this for years i wouldn't recommend it to you you have to have strong core. hey man you do what you have to and i do what i have to.
