Blue Sunny Day (World of Warcraft Machinima Music Video)

When Jonathan Coulton debuted this song at a concert in Chicago, he told the audience he wanted to make a happy song, so he thought he'd make it about sunshine and blue skies and call it Blue Sunny Day. But then he noticed that the word blue could have another meaning... He wondered who would be blue about a sunny day. Vampires, of course, but then he thought, no. What's more obvious than Jonathan Coulton writing another song about a sad and/or lonely monster? But then he thought, nah, it's totally a vampire. However, if you listen closely to the lyrics, you'll see that there's actually nothing in there that says it's definitely about a vampire. It could just be a about a guy with Seasonal Affective Disorder or some other kind of depression. But in my video, it's totally a vampire. The song at the end of the video is Re: Vos Cerveax, Jonathan Coulton's french version of his Re: Your Brains (yes, that's really him singing in french).

Damn that was beautiful, but the french version of "RE: Your brains" in the credits made me say "Wtf", I liked the video though, good job Machinima, I hope that bill doesn't pass, or there's gonna be hell to pay in the US of A

I not only feel sorry for the vampire/zombie/deathknight, but also for that poor cat he left behind. Not to say I prefer the comfort of a random cat over a "human", but this is just a song soley for the purpose of making listeners feel elated and depressed at the same time. I like the way the waitress he takes home from Denny's is innkeeper Allison from the inn in the trade district of Stormwind. :O) Also Emilylou and her boyfriend from "Cruel Cruel Moon" walk by ..lol Must not be a full moon yet. ...and in the background in the restaurant the elf from "Just as Tall as Me" sits alone eating; he still has no date  lol.
