ako poglednem ne6tata po povarhnostno si prav, NO...

You have to realize that Pamirian languages are already dead. These languages are replaced by Tojiki language which is similar to Persian.

Even if they speak Pamirian, they use a lot of Tojiki words. The old and pure Pamirian languages are not even close to Persian language.

you are crazy! i come from bulgaria and live for 2 jears in tajiksitan- PAMIRIAN LANGUAGES ARE NOT DEAD! VERY MANY PEOPLE SPEAK PAMIRIAN AND THESE LANGUAGES ARE VERY SIMILAR TO BULGARIAN!!!!! i have many proves for this fact -if you are interested, i can send oyu links to sientifical book about this!!!

  • @luboteni The "fact" that Bulgarians have Mongoloid and Turkish features is easily proven wrong, if you take a look at any modern day Bulgarian. Hence, this fact is very far from sufficient ;) You shouldn't consider every politically correct "history" made up by communistic "historians" from the former USSR, most of them were really made up to serve someone's political interest and have no scientific ground :)

  • Звученето е безспорно прилично по такт и мелодия на нашия фолк. Облеклото - също!

  • I guess that cannot established a link between Pamiri's people and Bulgarians since they do belong to different ethnic stocks. The fact that Bulgarians have had some Mongoloid/Turkish features is sufficient to reject that hypothesis of relationship between Pamirians and Bulgarians. I've found some interesting proofs that a large population of Pamir considered themselves as linked with Alexander' s soldiers. This mean that Pamiri was under Illyro-Thracian influence.

  • i like this sound... wish to both of us long live :)

  • Music travels from one culture to another. Some of Malay dance look similar to Persian, some to Portuguese. But we have nothing to do with Persians or Portuguese, genetically.

Send me your sources! If you insist:) I 'll read it too. That will be one of hundred sources which I have studied about bactrians.

Of course Tajiks have some bactrians roots but they also have been mingled with Persians, Persianized turks even Persianized Mongols.

Pamirians soon will be extinct cuz they are already 80 % persianized .

Also the culture of some southern pashtuns have been influenced by indo-Arians ( Indians).

But they are still east Iranians

  • The folk is not similar, music from Northern Afghanistan and Pamirs are different then Pashto music that is heavily influenced by South Asian music.

  • I can give you my sources that suggest Bactrians were Persianized and make up modern Tajiks. Let me know.
