AU- Lucas and Peyton are a couple but she catches him with Brooke and they break up. They miss each other and they end up getting caught up in the moment but Peyton can't get past what Lucas did and she can't forgive him. Lucas gets into a car accident and dies and Peyton feels guilty for the way she treated him and not telling him how she really felt.

I agree! Peyton was the reason I got into One Tree Hill. I loved how raw her character was. Always bad things happening to her and how she always wanted to give up but Lucas kept saving her. :/
