@RevBillyRayCollins Nobody can avoid going to the hospital at some point. There's no such thing as inaction (the argument agaisnt Obamacare) because everyone gets sick eventually. Therefore everyone is inevitably going to be spending in the system. You can't require people to buy car insurance if they dont have a car, true, but when it comes to health, everyone has the "car" from birth. Yeah, states are bringing suit and they're losing. The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld it.

@pan488 The feds cant just claim every last thing to be under the commerce clause, forcing everyone to buy insurance is not regulation among the several states. If Obamacare was const then the many states wouldnt be bringing a law suit against it. Read the tenth amend.

@pan488 Yes its still suspended, Obama hasnt changed anything. That was just a campaign slogan he used to trick the weak minded souls like yourself. Not a damn thing has changed except were trillions more in debt, and we not have an unconstitutional healhcare policy which FORCES me to get healh insurance. Obama doesnt mean change, he means the staus quo.

What do you mean "Simply untrue"? It already has happened. Freedom of speech has been dwindling, habeas corpus has been suspended, the list goes on
