@MichielBiervliet The potatoes will be processed with in 12 to 24 hours. Most are made into potato chips.

you should come out to Mark & Hugh's and set up our little operation, maybe even work on our digger lol I suggested going back to the 4 row instead of that pain in the ass machine! Air conditioner went out right from the start this year, an last year heat necrosis basically claimed the whole crop. Thank god for Craig an Terry over at JMR or I wouldn't have had a job! Thems some clean taters btw!!! Excellent video man!
