  • @megadomonic Hmm, I think for gaming and all, you're better off with either 3d Studio Max or Maya. AutoCAD, Solidworks etc are more of an engineering tool with optimizations towards task commonly met and required in engineering field.

    3dS Max is better for still images and objects, while Maya is better for animations and such, or so I hear more often, there are those who view either one of them as better for both, so try them out and see what you like more :)

  • @megadomonic lol, go to unreal developement kit vids on youtube if u like making games, check out 3ds max aswell!

  • Is this a good program for designing and animating?

    I'm asking because my goal is to become a game developer.
