@VegetaGtT It's Dragonball Z: Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans. It's been released several times in Japanese, but with the release of Raging Battle 2, you can get it in America for the first time. Thought you'd want to know along with everyone else viewing this. BTW not a bad video.

These "unknown scenes" are actually the cutscenes from a 90's video game released only in Japan. I was collected later for short movie type deal, but never actaully released.
