What do you mean by "smiling" from within? I understand you want to focus on an area of your body but how would you smile? What emotion or thought are you trying to project?

Hi, yes, thanks for the question. Bring your awareness to your "heart" for example. And smile from your heart. Just "pretend" for a moment, your heart is smiling. It's not necessarily a thought but more of a noticing of the radiance every cell, every organ, every muscle of your body projects. Let me know how this works for you. Peace, Lisa
