If you actually watched the clips, before responding you would have seen that the nuclear tests HAVE effected the population of East Turkestan (slave name= Xinjiang). The effect of the radiation is seen to this day. China knew well that it would have these effects which is why they did it in the area furthest from the Han Chinese
