Depression or anxiety are just as painful a disease as any other, so it should be treated just like I would any other: with natural healing herbs. Anxiety and depression can get you down, and keep you down, but you can fight back with this healthy solution. This mixture that you can make into a tea or tincture is also sold on my website under the name "Stress Zapper Tea". Don't let depression or anxiety control you!

  • I believe I heard at 1:47 that the tea is stress zapper tea which is available on the bulk herb store website.

  • @sdbbhewitt Our Stress Zapper Tea is actually not exactly what she's making in this video, but it is similar!

  • do you have this in teabag form? x

  • @thesummerjasmine Unfortunately not. This is Shoshanna's creation that she's sharing with you, not an actual product that we sell.

FYI - There are three main kinds of ginseng around:

Chinese Ginseng (latin name: Panax Ginseng)

American Ginseng (latin name: Panax Quinquefolium)

A different species which has similar properties is sold as "Siberian Ginseng". the latin name for it is: Eleutherococcus Senticosus.
