Regardless if it's vegan or not, I've been trying to tell people this for years. A pizza at a fast food place is around ten dollars, where you can live off a six dollar bag of rice for a week, easily. And it's better for you. (not that I recommend only eating rice...)

@1258scotto Thanks. Fast Food was shot with Canon XH-A1 and the shots of me talking were shot with canon 7D still cam which shoots HD. Edited in Final cut pro. Cheers.
